Great stay. Clean rooms, good restaurant for breakfast or dinner. Decent bar. One big minus for me is the daily $10 credit barely covers half the cost of breakfast. Otherwise would be a 5 * stay

I am a diamond member for Hilton. This isn't bragging, only setting the expectation that I have stayed in many hotel rooms with Hilton. This one doesn't honor the free premium wifi for diamond members, nor does it have a continental breakfast although it does serve food at an additional cost. Also the digital key failed to operate. The people were friendly and check in was easy. The rooms are decent. The beds are too hard, but that is common in hotels. The bathroom doesn't have a fan to evacuate the moisture, so mold will soon become an issue despite the recent remodel. I paid for this room mostly with points, but I didn't expect to lose all of the benefits that EVERYONE gets at any other Hilton. Let alone the ones that I earned via many hotel stays.

Stayed here during a recent business trip. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and it’s conveniently located near downtown Spokane as well as the airport. They have an on-site bar and a restaurant as well as a convenient store to get snacks. Also conveniently located right next to a nice restaurant as well as numerous fast food stops. Would not hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Our room at Hilton Garden Inn in Spokane was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were picked up at the airport by the Garden Inn shuttle. We were able to check in early and get some much needed relax time before dinner. Although not complimentary, their breakfast was very good.

Credit where credit is due! Excellent location near airport with shuttle service that's very fast. Excellent employees at the desk, cleaning the rooms, in the bar, as well as the restaurant. Older location but well kept. Get a 3rd floor room for sure. Nobody above you stomping around. The free internet is fast and reliable. Clean, friendly, and great service. Hispanic housekeeping with an American Flag on their cart! 👍

Overall, this is a nice hotel. Nothing fancy, but my room was clean, and service in the restaurant was excellent. Convenient to the airport.

Employees are great. Management is terrible. Some poor guy lost a relative in the same morning and management had the audacity to make him come in. Absolutely unforgivable. Give that guy a raise and fire that supervisor!
